Refund policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our guarantee is simple: use the product, give it time, and if you're not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are only processed once your order has been delivered. Your 90-day guarantee period starts on your confirmed delivery date, not your order date.
To be eligible, your request must:
Be made within 90 days of your delivery date
Be for a product you've actually used, we want you to genuinely try it
Include your original order number or confirmation email
We reserve the right to ask you to return the product before your refund is issued. If we ask you to return the product, return shipping is your responsibility and is not reimbursed, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
How to request a refund:
1. Email your order number and a brief description of your experience to hello@bareritual-official.com
2. Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days
3. Once approved, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days (allow a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement)
Buy One, Get One Free orders: to receive a full refund, both jars must be included in your request. If you choose to keep one jar, a 50 percent refund of the total paid will be issued.
Damaged or defective items: if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-refundable items: gift cards, products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers, items marked Final Sale, and promotional free samples.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed, as our fulfilment system begins processing immediately. If you ordered in error, contact us within 1 hour at hello@bareritual-official.com and we'll do our best to intercept it, though this can't be guaranteed once processing has begun.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscribe and Save is a discounted plan offered in exchange for a minimum of two shipments. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
If you cancel before your second order has shipped, the discount applied to your first order will be reversed, and the difference between the discounted price and the standard one-time price will be charged to your original payment method. This is because the subscription discount is offered on the basis of an ongoing plan, not a one-time order.
After your second shipment, you can cancel anytime with no adjustment. Cancellations, skips, or changes must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle. Shipments already processed or in transit cannot be cancelled except under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
